2. Nature of Service
Future Signals provides digital content and time-based subscription access. Once access is granted, service delivery begins immediately.
3. General Refund Rule
Unless required by applicable law, subscription fees are generally non-refundable for active or partially used billing periods.
4. Eligible Cases We Review
We may approve a full or partial refund in cases such as duplicate billing, technical failure on our side that prevents reasonable access, or clearly unauthorized transactions confirmed after verification.
5. Non-Eligible Cases
Refunds are typically not granted for change of mind, limited usage, unmet trading outcomes, failure to cancel before renewal, or temporary market/data conditions outside our control.
6. Cancellation and Renewal
You may cancel renewal at any time. Cancellation stops future billing and does not automatically create a refund for the current billing cycle.
7. Request Window
For fastest processing, submit refund requests within 14 days of the charge date. Requests submitted later may still be reviewed where legally required or supported by clear evidence.
8. How to Request a Refund
Email admin@futuresignals.app or contact Support with your account email, charge date, amount, and reason for request. Include the provider receipt or transaction ID if available.
9. Review and Decision
We usually respond within 3–7 business days. If approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method; settlement times depend on your bank or payment provider.
10. Payment Provider Terms
Payments may be processed by third-party providers. Their terms may also apply to chargebacks, disputes, and processing timelines.
